Return and Refund Policy


Each DIANA KORR order takes around 3 to 9 days to get delivered from the day of order placement. Multiple orders have different delivery times which are listed specifically in the shopping bag page and they take the longest delivery time.


Return Policy:

DIANA KORR ensures that you, our customers don’t experience any hassles even after the purchase. In case of any defect in the item, you can return them within 7 Days of receipt (for full refund) without any questions being asked. The refund amount will be credited back to your Bank Account.

In case your item has any sort of a manufacturing defect then it can be returned within 7 Days of receipt and you will be completely refunded after the items have been thoroughly inspected by our team. In case of an unsuccessful reverse pickup after 3 attempts or if the time exceeds for more than 2 weeks of the pick-up initiation since the first time, then the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product has been self-shipped and fails to dispatch from the customer’s side 2 weeks prior to the refund initiation in that case also, the refund request will be cancelled.

In case of missing bank details, the customers will be granted points, four weeks after the refund initiation. Although, if the bank details are provided then the refund mode can be changed to bank refund within 2 weeks of initiation for refund.


Additional guidelines:

  • All return requests are accepted within the first 7 Days of receipt excepting those items which are deemed to have been damaged by customers themselves outside of everyday use.
  • Make sure you pack the items you are returning very carefully, safely and securely in order to prevent any loss or damage during the transit period. Be sure to include all the original packaging elements (like tags etc). In case of self-shipping returns our recommendation would be to opt for a reliable courier service.
  • Once our DIANA KORR team has received your returned item, the refund is subject to your return item has met the appropriate requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 Days.
  • Feel free to inform us within 7 Days of receiving the parcel by emailing us at Double check the security and safety of your items before giving it to our pick-up person.
  • We can arrange for a reverse pickup once in case of an exchange or refund for an order. Shipment charges of any sorts other than the one time will be done by the customer.
  • In case you are using the return form to dispatch the return from your end more quickly then the (Option B ) point will apply.
  • Keep in mind that the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.


What can I return? 

Any item bought from DIANA KORR  is eligible for the return policy within 7 Days of delivery. In case the items have some sort of manufacturing defect then the item can be returned within 7 Days of delivery and DIANA KORR will exchange the product after having received it in the warehouse. Returned products are to be returned with all the original packaging and tags that were shipped to you along with the item.

In order to ensure that your returned item is accepted by our quality management team then please take extra care and measures to ensure that your trial does not cause any undue or unwanted damage to the item in any way.


How do I return products to DIANA KORR ? 

This is an extremely easy 2 step process: 

First Step: 

  • You can return directly go to your Orders detail go to same order which you want to return. Return button automatically on after order will deliver to you. You can raise a return request directly click on this button and submit with valid reason of return. 
  • We will contact you for further detail for returns

 Second Step:

  • E mail us at from your registered email ID, be sure to mention your order ID and registered phone number to allow our customer service team to assist you in the best possible manner.
  • In case your goods are damaged or broken in any way then feel free to send us those images on


Once your return is approved Note: 

Option A

  • In case you have chosen the option for DIANA KORR to pick up the returns, our logistics team will organize this pickup within 48 to 72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Ensure that you are available within these hours of shipment for handing over the return product to the DIANA KORR pickup team.
  • You will be needed to self-ship the return product if your pin code is not covered by our pickup services. in this case refunds are subject to your return’s inspection upon receipt from our end

Option B

  • In case of self-shipment, it is advised for you to retain your shipping receipt and update the customer care on – ‎+91 124 452 2692 / ‎+91 124 455 4860. You can also email us your tracking information on so that we are able to track the return delivery easily. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the damage of your return items in the self-shipping process.
  • The shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Where do I send my return?

    Make sure that the below given address is clearly printed or written on your returns parcel with the DIANA KORR  order number in case both the cases of self – shipping or pick up option. Make sure to include the original invoice as proof for the purchase made along with the return item:

    How long will the entire process take? 

    Mostly it takes 7 Days to 10 Days or even longer for us to receive your return item. All this is dependent on your location and the courier service that you have opted for. After receiving your return item, our team will thoroughly inspect and process the same within 48 hours in order to ensure you receive your refunds as soon as possible. With an aim of keeping you in the loop of the whole process you will receive an email from DIANA KORR clothing, confirming the status of your return. Usually your refund in the form of store credit will be received within a 48-hour window.


    Do I get charged for returning products?

    We provide our customers with the one free reverse shipment service and it is free of cost for pickups and other services which will be paid for by us. You also have the liberty to ship your returns to our ‘return desk’.


    How will I be refunded for the return? 

    On successful approval of the refund, the overall refund amount will be then credited to your Original source payment and in case of COD its rerun in Wallet or Bank Account.


    Can I request delivery to an international shipping address? 

    Currently, DIANA KORR only delivers within India.
